How To Stay 'Green & Growing' as a Leader

We are either green and growing or ripe and rotting.

I was reminded recently that nothing stands still and that which does not expand, contracts.

We are either growing or decaying.

As leaders, we need to keep moving forward (even if it's only a small step), embrace change and open up to possibilities.
