As a leader, how much face to face communication do you engage in every week with your people?

Sometimes it's easy to send an email, just dial in for that meeting or publish a regular intranet article...... but nothing beats actually being in the room face to face with your team. 

Leadership is a contact sport.

As a leader in order to inspire and influence, you need to be seen, heard and touched (a handshake or a hug - depending on your level of professional intimacy!!)
