Culture is King

This week I was asked about my 'why' and I shared my personal story.

I joined an organisation because of its culture, I stayed and performed because of its culture and I left because of its culture.

My experience and therefore my belief is that 'culture is king'....that's why I do what I do.

People will join a 'tribe' because of its culture and its set of values. (this is what we do, say and believe around here).

People will stay and perform in an organisation because of strong cultural leadership.
