I'm always grateful for the leadership lessons I receive from my children.

My 5 year old son Jack continues to remind of what I call 'look me in the eye leadership.' As a leader (and as a mum) you make a lot of commitments, sometimes without even thinking about them.

Great leaders make promises and keep them.

Our colleagues may not have the courage to call us out when we break a promise and let them down, but your 5 year old will!
